Upcoming Art Shows Janet Amundson-Splidsboel

I have 2 upcoming art shows in March and April 2020 which will include my Encaustic paintings.  My encaustic method is using brushes to paint with molten, pigmented beeswax, with each new addition of beeswax fused to the underneath layers with a propane torch (no mixed media).  Below are details and several examples of my paintings.  Both shows always welcome visitors, with no expectation of purchase 😊

*March 5-8, 2020, 42nd annual Celebration of Creativity Fine Art Exhibit and Sale, 12250 SW Denney Rd, Beaverton OR 97008.  90 Juried artists will show Paintings, Fiber and Garden Art, Glass, Jewelry, Pottery, Sculpture and more. *April 24-26, 2020, 51st annual Lake Area Artists Fine Art Show and Sale, at the Lakewood Center, 368 S.
