My encaustic paintings are painted by applying layers of molten pigmented beeswax onto a hard support, with each new layer of beeswax then fused to underneath layers with a propane torch (no mixed media is used). These water scenes are 8"x8" and 8"x9". _Janet Amundson-Splidsboel
